Rhino Linings of Casper WYO is owned and operated by Todd and Lacie Smith. Todd and Lacie are both native Wyomingite's, graduating in Evanston, WY. and Casper, WY. Todd worked for a major oilfield service company as a Specialist, while Lacie was a stay home mom till we decided to enter the small business community and pursue our passion of customizing Cars and Trucks.
